This company started out as Mancos and McNeill Fire and Rescue Training Inc.

My best friend Tommy McNeill and I started this company in the early 2000's  and continued to travel around the country teaching classes togethers until his untimely death in July of 2018. Tommy was the backbone of the organization and I miss him every day. I still mention his name at every big Rescue class and I feel he is helping me with every class. Tommy we miss you Bro. 

(Ret.) Chief Joe Mancos is the Lead Instructor and has over 20 years of experience as a Fire/Rescue/EMS instructor and 30 years of experience in the Fire, Rescue and EMS industries. He has served as a Paramedic, Firefighter, Rescue Tech, Training Chief, Fire Capt. Instructor in Fire, Rescue, EMS, Hazmat, ICS, SAR just to name a few roles. 

Joe  has had over 25 articles published in magazines such as Fire Engineering and Carolina Fire Rescue Journal.  He has served on State Level committees and is currently on the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Association Of Rescue and EMS and also the NC Association of Rescue and EMS Chiefs. Joe recently retired as the Chief of Training and Logistics for Moore County Public Safety with 30 years of service to Moore County NC .
